I cannot say enough about the customer service of these guys. My 2017 Ram 1500 developed a hole in the radiator the day I had to make a long work trip. While I have had some work done here on other cars, I am by no means a "favored" customer. However, after hearing how desperate I was, they fit me in and had the job complete in only a few hours. Given the rush service, I was expecting a large bill, but it was exactly what I had been qouted.
John at the bear location was great and kept me informed every informed all the way through the repair
i took my car to a few shops and no one could seem to figure out the problem, but aamco figured it out right away! they were super helpful and walked me through the whole process, and they actively tried to save me money along the way. they did a great job replacing my transmission, and my car works so smoothly now! thank you so much for the awesome work guys!
Enjoy the service I receive for basics needed on my older model vehicle. I’ve never had an issue with any of the employees. Close proximity to my residence but I’d drive further out if I felt I was being duped.
