I have been taking my vehicles here for 15+ years. Always friendly and professional service. They just fixed the transmission in my tahoe after it failed and would not move. They called me after diagnostics were complete to let me know what needed to be done and after I approved the work, it was completed within a week.
I had a great experience with AAMCO. A few months back my car was having transmission issues with my check engine light on. John helped me over the phone but unfortunately by the time of my appointment, my check engine light turned off so they were unable to run a thorough diagnostic. About 2 weeks ago, the light came back on, I called AAMCO back and spoke to John again. He briefly remembered our previous conversation and encouraged me to bring in my car as soon as possible. We discovered that I had an extended warranty. John reached out to them, the warranty covered a great portion of the cost, and they worked on my car as quickly as possible. Through this whole process, John kept me and my father in the loop with everything and returned my car running brand new. Thank you all so much!
Let’s be honest. None of us particularly like to have to be spending time or money at a transmission shop, right? If you find yourself in need, though, I’d highly recommend THIS shop. Knowledge, friendly and fairly priced. I hope I never need their services again, but would not hesitate to use them. Thanks!!
